This week, I found myself deep in conversation with my sons about building a vision of your future self — the kind of life you dream of living. They challenged me with a familiar refrain: “Dreams aren’t realistic.” And honestly? That’s fair. So let’s unpack it. I want to explore the difference between what I call a Fairytale and a Dream, and why understanding that difference can be the key to moving forward.
